To provide mortgage advice, we may collect information such as your name, contact details, income and expenses, employment details, deposit and KiwiSaver information, credit history and information about the property you are considering. We only collect the information reasonably needed to help you.
We use your information to understand your situation, provide advice, prepare and manage your application, communicate with lenders and shared-ownership providers on your behalf, and meet our regulatory obligations.
With your permission, we may share your information with lenders, insurers, YouOwn or other service providers involved in your application. We may also share it with Isbister Partners for compliance and record-keeping. We do not sell your information.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need to under our regulatory obligations.
